Shuttle Bus and Transportation
For the convenience of participants, shuttle bus service will be provided between selected official hotels and the games venues for hotels that do not have convenient access by public transportation.
To ensure that you are included in the shuttle bus schedule, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation through the official congress accommodation service. This enables us to accurately identify your hotel, estimate transportation requirements, and prepare the shuttle timetable accordingly. Unfortunately, participants who arrange accommodation independently may not be able to benefit from the shuttle service.
In addition to the complimentary shuttle buses, we can also assist you with airport transfers, private bus services for groups, and car rental arrangements. Should you require any transportation services during your stay, our team will be happy to help you organize the most suitable option.
